Rookie is the sillest PSA agent around! He is my favourite of the PSA agents, and i thought i would make his webpage with bare html. it feels very.. him. He was the newest recurit in the PSA. Rookie also has a pet rock and pet rubber duck. I personally think rookie is lower functoning on the autism specturm, due to him not being able to understand complicated subjects and his obessison with seemingly random things. He means a lot to me, and is one of the characters in my favourite ship, Jetkie.

This little green Penguin is one of my biggest comfort characters, and i cannot really figure out why. Maybe because i relate to him? Im not sure, but hes quirky and i like that. Hes also a FREAK. Thats right, A FUCKING FREAK! according to the wiki: "Rookie claims he aced a class called "tongue twisters 101" but appears to struggle with tongue twisters.". I wonder if its the other type of toung twisting.. there is also a comic where he barks. F R E A K THAT SPELLS FREAK!
